Volume I: Built to Survive
Reclaiming the Human System in a Manufactured World
Turn the foundation of the SigmaFit system into action. Assess the human system, rebuild the baseline for 30 days, live the Survival Code, and use your results to choose the next intelligent step.
Understand first. Assess honestly. Rebuild consistently.
Take the Assessment Start the 30-Day RebuildThe Volume I Reader Path
- Understand: identify how modern life is shaping your movement, strength, food, recovery, and behavior.
- Assess: score the human system without shame or exaggeration.
- Rebuild: complete the 30-Day SigmaFit Rebuild using minimum viable daily standards.
- Review: compare what improved, what stayed weak, and what repeatedly breaks down.
- Continue: move into Engineered Performance, Nutrition, or another SigmaFit pathway based on the bottleneck you actually found.
SigmaFit Standard:
A low score is not an identity. It is a starting point. The goal is direction, not shame.
SigmaFit Human System Assessment
Score every statement from 1 to 5: 1 = poor/inconsistent/major weakness; 2 = below standard; 3 = functional but inconsistent; 4 = strong/consistent; 5 = excellent/high standard. Record the number beside each item, then add all 30 scores.
Movement
- I walk or move intentionally every day.
- I break up long periods of sitting.
- I can squat, hinge, reach, rotate, and get down to the ground with control.
- I spend time outside and move beyond controlled indoor environments.
Strength
- I train strength consistently.
- I practice push, pull, squat, hinge, carry, brace, and rotate patterns.
- My strength is improving or being maintained intentionally.
- I feel physically capable in daily life.
Conditioning
- I can sustain moderate effort without excessive fatigue.
- I include walking, cardio, intervals, or conditioning appropriate to my level.
- I recover between efforts better than I used to.
- Stairs, hills, or daily physical tasks do not overwhelm me.
Nutrition
- I eat protein consistently.
- My meals are structured around my goal.
- I hydrate daily.
- I prepare or plan food before chaos takes over.
- My food choices support my body more often than they sabotage it.
Recovery
- I sleep enough to support my training and life.
- I have a shutdown routine or sleep boundary.
- I use rest days or active recovery intentionally.
- I listen to pain and fatigue signals before breakdown.
Stress & Mindset
- I manage stress without relying primarily on food, alcohol, scrolling, or avoidance.
- I return quickly after mistakes.
- I keep standards even when motivation is low.
- I track honestly instead of guessing.
Environment
- My kitchen supports my nutrition goals.
- My calendar includes training and recovery.
- My bedroom supports sleep.
- My phone and digital habits do not control my day.
- My community or surroundings support higher standards.
Your Total Score
Prioritize consistency, daily movement, basic strength, protein, hydration, sleep, and the minimum viable standard.
Structure the foundation. Progress strength, improve conditioning, tighten nutrition, and track recovery.
Your baseline is functional. Target the weakest domains and begin more deliberate programming and recovery strategy.
You are living a strong standard. Continue refining performance, health, recovery, and leadership without abandoning the base.
Use the total as a navigation tool, not a diagnosis. Also note the two lowest domains; those are usually more actionable than the total alone.
The SigmaFit 30-Day Rebuild
For the next 30 days, build proof through repeatable standards rather than perfection.
- Walk daily.
- Strength train two to four times per week.
- Eat protein at every meal.
- Drink water every day.
- Set a sleep boundary.
- Break long periods of sitting.
- Prepare at least one reliable meal option each week.
- Track workouts, walks, protein, water, and sleep.
- Use the Return Rule after every missed standard: return at the next available opportunity instead of turning one miss into a lost week.
- Review progress every seven days.
The goal is not perfection. The goal is proof.
The SigmaFit Survival Code
1. Move every day.
2. Train strength like independence depends on it.
3. Build an engine.
4. Own your movement.
5. Eat like the body has work to do.
6. Protect sleep.
7. Recover before the body forces you to.
8. Control the environment.
9. Use technology without becoming dependent.
10. Measure honestly.
11. Optimize only after building the base.
12. Build community around standards.
13. Reject shame, keep accountability.
14. Return faster than you fall.
15. Live the standard long enough to become someone else.
Your 30-Day Review
At the end of the rebuild, repeat the assessment. Then answer three questions:
- Which domain improved the most?
- Which domain remains the biggest bottleneck?
- What standard repeatedly failed when life became difficult?
Your next pathway should solve the bottleneck—not simply chase the most exciting goal.
Continue the SigmaFit System
If training structure is now the limiting factor, continue to Volume II. If nutrition execution is the bottleneck, use the Meal Engine. If you need a broader performance pathway, start with SigmaFit Performance.
